I. Direct Referral Implementation
After joining our direct referral program there are two simple ways to implementing it. The first and most obvious way is to refer your client to our website, www.websitemovers.com, and have them fill out a quote form using your direct referral affiliate username in the 'where did you hear about us' field on the quote form. You and/or your organization will automatically be including on the quoting correspondence and should the customer choose to use our service you'll be paid 20% of the total contract price upon the completion of the migration.
Some of our direct referral affiliates choose not to use the option above because in some cases the potential client forgets to mention who referred them. The next option which is more popular is to have us create a custom form for your website or to create a link on our website to a custom quote form, which when submitted sends the detailed quote request both to our sales department and our affiliates sales department.

II. Direct Branding Implementation
Our direct branding program works much differently and is a little more involved to implement than our direct referral program. In most cases we design a custom solution to integrate this program into our affiliates business model. After joining our affiliate program our affiliates are provided with a username/password and URL to access our back-end affiliate system. In this system you can request quotes for potential migrations, start migrations, track their progress, and interact with our administrators should any issues arise during a migration. Many of our direct branding affiliates have found it easier for us to work through their helpdesk systems on a migration. We are willing to work with your systems, this means we have direct contact with your client(s) during the migration process and eliminates the need for your staff to have to contact us should a problem arise during a migration.
We can in some cases send our our pricing charts to Direct Branding affiliates should you want to quote the migrations yourself. These are always just preliminary quotes and in some cases they can change when we actually obtain access to the source servers to see what we're actually dealing with prior to the move.

It costs nothing to become an affiliate. Both of our affiliate programs require some form of payment up-front. In some cases our management may extend credit to established affiliates and invoice for the migrations at the end of each month. For projects under $1000.00 USD payment is due up-front either from your client as a direct referral or from our affiliate as a direct branding partner. Migrations over $1000.00 USD can be paid 50% up-front, and 50% upon completion of the migration. We can setup payment plans for clients with migrations over $500.00 upon request. There is a $50.00 fee for payment plans.

Direct Referral affiliate payments are mailed once per month on the 28th of each month. You can request to be paid via PayPal by emailing to sale@websitemovers.com, with your affiliate username/password and PayPal address. PayPal payments are also send once per month on the 28th of each month.
IV. Tracking Affiliate Earnings/Migration Progress
Direct Refferal Affiliate earnings can be tracked via our back-end affiliate system. When you sign up for our affiliate program you'll receive login information and a secure URL to access our affiliate system. You can login to track your earnings, request quotes for migrations, track migration progress, and interact with our administrators during a migration should a problem arise. Of course you can always call us at 313-394-0070 for any information you may require regarding our affiliate program and/or your current earnings and migration progress.
