Part III - Details about your email services

In most cases, it is almost always best practice to have your email users retrieve email off the source server onto their own local computer using a POP/IMAP or similar mail client (i.e. Outlook, Mac Mail, etc.). The simplest and least costly method for email transition is to simply set up the user accounts at the new server, and direct users to configure the new mail server settings so they can access email from their computer after the mail domains/MX records have been switched to the new server.

If you require migration of existing user email records (the actual email's themselves), you must have root access to the source email server, or at least the control panel for email, as well as the same level of access and/or type of control panel and/or mail server type (i.e. SmarterMail, etc.) at the destination host. Please specify all details in this section as thoroughly as possible.
